WELCOME TO BEE PATHWAYS

Launched in 2023, the BEE Pathways program is a transformative initiative by the Black Women's Wealth Alliance (BWWA) and works in partnership with the MN DEED. BEE Pathways is designed to help individuals build and advance wealth through structured career development and planning. The program provides participants with the tools, coaching, support services, and strategies necessary to create a clear path toward long-term success.

Targeting Foundational Black Americans, BEE Pathways is open to both women and men, with a focus on helping individuals from various backgrounds—students, workers, and entrepreneurs—take actionable steps to elevate their careers, businesses, and financial futures. Through a four month cohort with monthly workshops, expert-led sessions, and one-on-one coaching, participants gain critical skills in areas such as career development, emotional intelligence, communication, and financial planning.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the BEE Pathways program, individuals must:

• Reside in Minnesota

• Be 18 years of age or older

• Demonstrate an interest in exploring career development as a worker, student, or an existing entreprenuer.

• Exhibit readiness and commitment to full engagement.

Career development programming like the BEE Pathways is vital for the African American community for the following reasons:
